As a part of its best practice, BIX provides this information to all its clients as soon as the Joining procedure is completed successfully. Incase if the password is forgotten or lost, the same can be provided to you again only if the authorized signatory places a request.
BIX provides 24 hours of testing period after successful Joining and Connection. The link is monitored by BIX during the test period and any concerns arising out of it are addressed immediately. In inappropriate circumstances the test period is extended upto 72 hrs.

For each configuration change, the customers have to request a Change management Form, which is provided by BIX. The form with the required details has to be sent back to BIX for further implementation.
BIX provides flexibility to all its Members. Generally a forecast is requested at the beginning of the year for bandwidth provision. But you can upgrade the bandwidth without providing the forecast, subject to availability. The downgrade can also be done on request. View our Procedures section for further details.
In order to maintain high level of security and safety, BIX request Access List from all its clients at regular intervals. Depending on the various levels of authorization, the details are updated for verification before entry is permitted into the BIX NOC.
Generally, BIX working hours are 8.00am to 3.00pm from Sunday to Thursday. The BIX Support team is operational 24x7 to assist the ISPs round the clock.
BIX NOC is accessible 24x7. Our Support team is available in BIX premises to verify the authorization to access BIX NOC.
